Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by following site-specific procedures, managing entry activity, and supporting security-related protocols at a commercial real estate location.; Monitor access control points, verify credentials and/or visitor authorization, and help to deter unauthorized entry while maintaining accurate logs and reports.; Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with property management and/or emergency personnel as needed.; Conduct regular and random patrols around the building, lobby areas, parking areas, and perimeter to identify unusual activity and report security-related concerns.; Assist with visitor, contractor, and delivery processing, provide directions and post information, and support security-related response activities when appropriate.
