Churchill Downs - - Responsibilities: Prepare food daily as outlined; Maintain kitchen sanitation and safety standards; Assist with set-up, service and clean-up of food production; Ensure proper sanitation and storage of kitchen equipment; Operate kitchen equipment including slicer, steamer, deep fryer, ovens, broiler, grill, mixer, kettle and flat top
