Coordinate with teams for upgrades and enhancements.
Create system support documentation.
Provide training and troubleshoot system issues.
Mandatory Expertise:
3+ years implementing Records and Information Management (RIM) systems.
Desirable Expertise:
Support and integration experience with RIM tools.
Familiarity with Case Foundation, Content Manager, and Enterprise Records Foundation.
