REMOTE POSITION - UGK experience required
Assist with development, auditing, and maintenance of accrual and operational reports
Prepare and distribute standard weekly and monthly reports to Operations and Finance
Support the US Payroll team with standard payroll activities
Assist managers with timecard edits
Approve PTO requests
Respond to general employee payroll and timekeeping questions
Gather and compile payroll payment data into workbooks for submission to UKG Managed Payroll for processing
Assist with payroll balancing by cross-checking entries and auditing payroll data prior to payroll commit
Perform additional payroll-related duties as needed
Get involved in project work
Qualifications:
Must have at least 2-years on experience in Payroll
Must have UKG Pro experience, with emphasis on Workforce Management (WFM), including timecards and accruals
Preferred - strong Business Intelligence (BI) experience, including report writing
Strong Excel experience
