Compensation: Commission-based ($8K-$10K/month minimum potential)

Are you a no-nonsense recruiter who knows how to source welders, machinists, plant managers, or engineers in your sleep? We're hiring contract recruiters with experience in manufacturing and industrial environments to help us fill high-demand roles across the U.S.

You'll operate as a 1099 contractor with full flexibility and earn competitive commissions on every successful placement. Our recruiters average $8,000-$10,000/month and top performers earn even more.
