Job Summary: As a Project Manager (B2B eCommerce Scalable Fulfillment Center-this is part time job of 20 hours weekly), you will be work as part of a high-growth tech company with a collaborative culture. You will work with the Events team and other cross-functional partners to build a scalable and efficient fulfillment center for the business including the platform build, stakeholder onboarding and store management.
Roles & Responsibilities:

• Partnership with cross-functional global teams, marketing and other stakeholders to build a comprehensive roadmap for project strategies, timelines, and expectations
• Scalable and repeatable processes/templates/kits for global project deployment
• Optimize the fulfillment center based on year over year stakeholder feedback, survey data, business objectives, and other analysis
• Comprehensive internal communications across the business (workstream project management, executive briefs, broad employee comms, etc.)
• Utilization of the best platform technology, materials, and systems to take the fulfillment center to the next level

• 5 or more years of project management experience in a B2B enterprise software company.
• Highly skilled with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Mail), and technology literate.
• Proven capacity for exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
• Extremely organized, detail-oriented, self-starting, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong project management skills, demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Efficient and effective meeting management skills.
• Must be metrics driven and be a strong analytical thinker.
• Experience building out a fulfillment center.
