Lead Solutions Enablement Consultant

What you get to do:

• Build strong relationships with client teams while understanding key business objectives and driving value through aligned delivery.
  
  
• Lead software/cloud DevOps teams in an Agile environment across multiple workstreams, ensuring successful delivery of cloud transformation projects.
  
  
• Manage the full project lifecycle, including planning, documentation, communication, reporting, and risk mitigation.
  
  
• Foster a high-performance culture within project teams, coaching and mentoring team members while removing blockers and resolving conflicts.
  
  
• Collaborate with internal business development partners to identify new opportunities, contribute to account plans, and support commercial strategies.
  
  
• Support the adoption of cloud-native best practices and delivery frameworks across enterprise organizations.
  
  
• Run and manage fixed-fee SOW projects and partner with stakeholders to ensure ongoing satisfaction and alignment.

What you need to succeed:

• 6+ years of experience leading software delivery and/or cloud DevOps teams within iterative/agile environments.
  
  
• Prior experience delivering professional services for enterprise clients in complex, fast-paced environments.
  
  
• Background in telecommunications or similar regulated industries strongly preferred.
  
  
• Strong command of Agile and PMP project methodologies (certification required).
  
  
• CI/CD pipeline experience and the ability to work in cloud delivery models (with exposure to AWS).
  
  
• High emotional intelligence and exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
  
  
• Experience scoping and designing sessions, running sprint planning, managing distributed teams, and overseeing end-to-end technical delivery.
