The Role

We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to help us scale hiring outcomes while building the recruiting infrastructure needed for our next phase of growth.

This is not a maintenance role. You will own hard searches, build new talent pipelines, and help design processes as the company expands into new roles, functions, and markets.

You will succeed here if you think in systems, move with urgency, and care about measurable outcomes.

What You Will Do

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for priority roles, including searches outside existing talent pipelines.
  • Build and maintain evergreen talent pipelines for new role categories and emerging markets.
  • Improve recruiting speed, quality, and predictability through process design and disciplined execution.
  • Partner with stakeholders to clarify requirements, run structured debriefs, and continuously sharpen sourcing strategy.
  • Help design a scalable recruiting organization, including specialist roles and clear handoffs.
  • Define, track, and use recruiting metrics to drive prioritization, accountability, and improvement.
  • Act as a hands-on leader who improves outcomes by changing how work gets done.

Who You Are
  • A senior recruiter who has successfully closed difficult roles, including in new or ambiguous categories.
  • Experienced with measurable success in an agency
  • Comfortable owning outcomes, not just activity.
  • Able to quickly identify and align on essential candidate requirements to focus sourcing and execution.
  • Actively seeks to understand client industries, constraints, and value-creation opportunities to inform recruiting strategy.
  • Highly efficient and able to prioritize what actually moves results.
  • Data-informed without being data-obsessed.
  • Low ego, high accountability, and direct in communication.
  • Able to adapt quickly as priorities, markets, and requirements change.
  • Interested in building durable recruiting systems, not just winning individual searches.
