Serve as the vital link between generous donors and non-profit missions. You will handle inbound calls, share inspiring success stories, and securely process donations with warmth and empathy.

What You Need

• Experience: HS Diploma/GED and previous call center or high-touch service experience.
• Skills: Deep empathy, active listening, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Tech: Windows 11 PC, professional USB headset, and a stable wired internet connection.
• Environment: A dedicated, quiet, and professional remote workspace.

• Must reside in the U.S.
• Excluded States: CA, DE, LA, MA, SD, VT, WA, WV, and WY.
