Position Summary/Objective:
As a Marketing Coordinator, you play a critical support role within a growing team. You manage the day-to-day operations of your accounts by maintaining personable relationships with your assigned members/clients by communicating with them in a professional manner on a consistent basis. You coordinate requests of the member to the relevant team (whether it be Design, Ops, etc.) to ensure efficiency and congruence of the task at hand. The Marketing Coordinator is a vital position in understanding each individual member's website intentions to make decisions that best fit the member's business goals.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
• Receive requests of website edits from members and execute accordingly.
• Conduct calls to members on a regular basis to solidify and moderate our professionalrelationships with them.
• Take the initiative to research and compare results of different types of PPC campaigns toevaluate and report to members on campaign success.
• Coordinate monthly meetings with members to deliver website analytics findings and discussplans of adjustments to make to keep expanding the member's business and e-commerce goals.
• Proactively making knowledgeable recommendations to website-only members so that they seeand understand the importance and value in additional AVB Marketing services.
• Communicates directly with agencies, internal teams, and outside vendors as necessary onprogram implementation and become an expert on AVB Marketing's services and solutions
• Resolves problems and issues arising from client and/or projects and identifies key learnings andbest practices to prevent repeat of incident.
• Performs any other duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Abilities:
• Ability to work independently and efficiently to complete monthly initiatives and goals
• Ability to analyze website performance to showcase successes and areas of opportunity toimprove e-commerce results
• Strong personable communication skills, especially over the phone, to create quick, trustworthyrelationships with members.
• Excellent verbal, written, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and interconnected environment.
Education and Experience:
• Bachelors' Degree from four-year college or university preferred
• Account Management: 1-2 years related experience preferred
• General understanding of, or desire to learn advertising, digital marketing, social media, creativeservices, e-commerce merchandising, and sales.
• 1-2 years customer service-related experience preferred
Physical Requirements:
• Prolonged period of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
