Inventory Clerk: Part-time

Reports to VP of Grants and Operations

The Inventory Clerk will track inventory for specified grants and prepare documentation for audits.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Three years' related experience.

• Have a working knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat.

• This person will also need to possess excellent public relations skills and the ability to work with people at all levels of the organization and be able to handle frequent interruptions and large numbers of tasks.

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.

• Valid driver's license and insurance coverage.

Essential Duties:

• Record and update grant inventory.

• Prepare documentation for inventory audits.

• Confidentiality must be maintained.

• Must have a valid driver's license.

• Other duties as assigned.
