Join Our Team as a Homebased Therapist!
Are you a compassionate and dedicated therapist looking to make a difference in the lives of individuals and families in Sioux Falls, SD? Southeastern Directions for Life is seeking a Homebased Therapist to provide quality mental health services in a home-based setting. This is a rewarding opportunity to work with individuals and families in need of therapeutic support and guidance. Southeastern is a HRSA approved site!
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual and family therapy sessions in various community settings
- Develop treatment plans and goals in collaboration with clients
- Provide crisis intervention and support as needed
- Collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients
- Document client progress and maintain accurate records
- Master's degree in counseling, social work, or related field
- Licensed or license-eligible therapist in the state of South Dakota preferred
- Experience providing therapy to individuals and families
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- 10 paid holidays
