We are actively looking for a Document Migration Developer for one of our valuable clients located in Tallahassee, FL (Remote). This is a long-term opportunity for a hands-on working to support a State of Florida M&O project, responsible for designing, executing, and supporting document and content migrations between IBM FileNet and Microsoft SharePoint platforms, leveraging Power Automate for workflow automation and migration orchestration. The role also includes production support and operational enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute document migration strategies from IBM FileNet to Microsoft SharePoint.
• Develop and support Power Automate workflows to automate document ingestion, validation, and routing.
• Configure and customize SharePoint Online / SharePoint On-Prem document libraries, metadata, and content types.
• Perform data mapping, metadata transformation, and document validation during migration.
• Support bulk and incremental document migrations.

• Strong hands-on experience with IBM FileNet (Content Engine, workflows, metadata).
• Strong experience with Microsoft SharePoint (Online and/or On-Prem).
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate.
• Experience with document and content migration projects.
• Knowledge of metadata mapping, content types, and document lifecycle management.
