The Senior Project Manager will lead end-to-end delivery of complex, enterprise initiatives with full accountability across scope, schedule, budget, risk, quality, and stakeholder alignment.

Required Skills & Experience
• 8+ years of progressive project management experience leading complex, enterprise-level initiatives
• Proven success driving multi-stakeholder, high-risk, high-visibility programs
• Strong financial management: budget planning, forecasting, variance analysis
• Experience coordinating across technical + business teams (without needing to be an SME)
• Strong understanding of SDLC with experience using Agile + Waterfall/hybrid approaches
• Proficient in Smartsheet (primary), plus familiarity with MS Project, Jira, Asana, or ADO
• Experience working with data, integrations, enterprise platforms, and/or systems optimization
• Exceptional executive communication-comfortable presenting to VP/C-suite
• Demonstrated ability to lead remote, cross-functional teams
• Strong judgment, risk identification, dependency management, and escalation discipline
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• PMP, Scrum Master, SAFe, or equivalent certification(s)
• Master's degree or MBA
• Experience with vendor/partner management in large-scale environments
• Background in data governance, financial planning processes, or enterprise platforms
