Litigation Associate Attorney
Westside LA - Hybrid (1-2 Days/Week Preferred In-Office)

A well-established and growing litigation firm on LA's Westside is seeking a litigation associate with 2-5 years of experience to join their team. The role offers hands-on responsibility, direct client exposure, and the opportunity to deepen your litigation skills in a collaborative environment.

Ideal candidates will have strong deposition experience and a background in personal injury, wrongful death, habitability, or employment litigation. You'll work on a mix of defense and plaintiff-side matters, managing your own caseload while being supported by senior attorneys.
Qualifications:

• Licensed and in good standing with the California Bar
• 2-5 years of litigation experience
• Experience with written discovery, drafting and opposing motions, court appearances
• 20+ depositions ideal (ideally both taking and defending depositions)
• Experience with status reports is a plus
• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Strong communication and follow-through

• Manage and run assigned cases
• Handle depositions, mediations, and court hearings
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses
• Collaborate with partners on strategy and trial prep
• Communicate with clients and supervisors in a timely and professional manner

• Salary up to $180,000 DOE
