A Customer Service Representative at Gibson Engineering is responsible for processing customer purchase orders from Gibson's growing customer base. In addition to processing transactions this position provides customers with order support (status updates, delivery updates, returns etc.) when necessary to ensure Gibson's customers have an efficient and positive customer experience as possible.
