Roles and responsibilities:
• Strategic Partnership: Build and maintain strong relationships with client CxOs and senior leaders, serving as a trusted advisor and solutioning partner.
• Business Strategy: Collaborate with clients to define and refine their business strategies, aligning them with AI technologies and industry trends.
• Process Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of client's business needs, goals, and challenges, identifying areas where AI solutions can drive value and impact.
• Solution Development: Design innovative and tailored AI solutions that address client's specific requirements, leveraging a deep understanding of AI capabilities and limitations.
• Value Proposition: Clearly articulate the value proposition of AI solutions to clients, highlighting the benefits, risks, and potential return on investment.
• Project Management: Oversee the implementation of AI projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, both internal and external, to ensure effective communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Thought Leadership: Stay up to date with the latest advancements and trends in AI, and share insights and best practices with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Change Management: Guide clients through the organizational and cultural changes associated with adopting AI solutions, addressing resistance, and promoting adoption.

Requirements:
• Knowledge of various Process Automation frameworks and technologies
• Familiar with Lean principles and their application in process design
• Understanding of LLM and Generative AI
• Aptitude to visualize AI applications in various business processes.
• Functional understanding of capability and limitations of AI/ML Technologies
• Prior experience (must) in Process transformation using AI or other cutting-edge technologies.
• Prior experience in Proposal Development and visual articulation
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
