We are seeking a seasoned Enrolled Actuary to join our team, with a focus on small plans comprising fewer than 100 participants. The ideal candidate should possess in-depth expertise in small business retirement plan matters. Responsibilities include conducting calculations for DB, CB, and DB/DC plans, as well as completing Form 5500/Schedule SB and performing comprehensive IRS non-discrimination testing.Requirements:EA Credentials and 5+ years of experience with small business Defined Benefit, Cash Balance and Defined Contribution Plans.Consultation on contribution calculations and combined plan non-discrimination testing for DB and CB plans with team membersPreparation of the annual administration package (valuation report, participant statements, and Form 5500) for delivery to the clientPreparation of PBGC filings and AFTAP CertificationsConsultation on plan terminations filed with IRS and PBGCCalculate distributions from DB Plans and prepare the appropriate election forms for the participantIn addition to competitive pay, we also offer:Health and Dental Insurance401(k) Plan and Cash Balance Plan with Employer contributionsPaid Time OffSalary will be based on experience.#LI-KO2
