This position will lead the operations and maintenance of multiple solar and storage sites in Arkansas, Alabama, Mississippi, Missouri, Tennessee, and Louisiana. Under limited and general guidance leaders in this position manage all aspects of business and operations while maintaining and injury-free work force and achieving production and business targets. Leader ensures all business activities are conducted following corporate policies and are in compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal permits, codes, standards, and regulations.

Leaders are expected to:

• Collaborate with peers, stakeholders, central organizations support team, vendors, and OEMs for the furtherance of organizations goals
• Ensures all safety, environmental, performance, and budget targets are met
• Develop and grow the team/business
• Oversees and approves procurement activities of the site
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned

The Regional Manager I will possess:

• Demonstrated strong leadership and management skills
• Solid technical background and field services experience with strong problem solving skills
• Ability to successfully handle multiple projects simultaneously, set priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Superior organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple complicated tasks and achieve flawless execution.
• Strong project management skills
• Strong business process management skills
• Six Sigma skills or equivalent quality skills
• Ability to travel ~50%
