Responsible for mixing and dispensing of beverages to guest, coordinating service with Servers and other employee, while complying with facility/department standard operating procedures to ensure the highest quality of guest service and satisfaction. Mix and dispense beverages for guest according to established recipes and procedures. Take drink orders from servers and process drinks orders in a timely and efficient manner. Follow all departments/facility standard operating procedures. Adhere to the Alcoholic Beverage Control Act as well as guest regulation, and the companys internal controls, policies, and procedures governing the consumption of alcoholic beverages. All beverages must be rung through info genesis system. Accurately collects money for drinks served and follows point of sale procedures and accurately and give receipt to patron.
