Responsibilities
Manages and contributes to the effective support and strategy of the team assigned to his/her leadership. Responsible for coordinating laboratory system implementations and the 24/7 support to maintain those systems. Assigns projects to staff and monitors progress. Provides mentorship to team. Must possess the ability to communicate appropriately with all levels of internal and external customers. Provides input to policy regarding standards and budgetary constraints. Makes personnel decisions for all team members.
