Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Life Insurance Sales Representative to join our agency. This is a commission-only position, selling life insurance policies to potential clients who have requested information on our products. Work from anywhere; both full-time and part-time sales and team management positions are available.

Responsibilities

• Servicing leads by responding promptly when each lead is received
• Scheduling your own appointments with clients who have requested information
• Identify and understand the needs of potential clients to offer appropriate life insurance products
• Present and explain insurance policy options and provide professional advice to help clients make informed decisions
• Maintain accurate records of sales, customer information, and client interactions
• Follow up with clients and prospects to ensure satisfaction and close sales
• Attend training sessions and stay up to date on industry trends and regulations

Requirements

• A self-motivated, ambitious, and determined mindset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
• Strong customer service skills and a client-focused mindset
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects
• Active life insurance license in the state(s) you will be selling in

Compensation

This is a commission-only position with unlimited earning potential. Earning potential varies by effort and market; we provide training and support to help you succeed in this role.
