What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Manage gift orders, dining and dietary requests, shore excursions, and onboard cabanas
• Respond to incoming department emails and manage outbound calls to guests and travel advisors
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with guests
• Assist guests with planning shore excursions and shipboard needs, adhering to ADA laws
• Maintain inventory and assist with pricing updates for specialty dining and excursions

What is Required (Qualifications)

• Previous sales experience required, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry
• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Must have a dedicated, quiet workspace in place of residence
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Knowledge of Holland America and Seabourn lines preferred
• Strong knowledge of POLAR booking system, Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Ability to work independently and self-motivated
• Strong decision?making skills and ability to multitask under time constraints
• Excellent attendance and punctuality
