Job Details

Provides 70% of time to direct staffing
Responsible for coordination implementation and maintenance of clinical education, competencies and performance improvement
Participates in the development of educational policies and procedures
Serves as a resource person to staff and management
Assists the director in unit specific administrative and clinical functions.
Current MS Registered Nurse license
Certification as an instructor in BLS and/or ACLS preferred.
