Job Description

Completes work orders as they come in for issues on property relating to building maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical issues. Interacts professionally with guests. Responds to emergencies as requested. Coordinates work with other maintenance personnel. May perform a variety of maintenance tasks, depending upon experience and Prepare records related to the work performed and materials and supplies used. Comply with all safety requirements as outlined by OSHA. Performs other duties as assigned.
