About the job

This position supports the order management and billing function. Youll work closely with Deal Operations, Revenue Accounting, and Sales to see orders through to invoicing. We are a fast-growing company focused on building scalable systems and streamlined processes, and we value cross-functional partnership.

Responsibilities

  • Support an international team of order management and billing specialists to ensure timely and accurate order processing and invoice generation
  • Respond to and provide resolutions for internal and external escalations and customer inquiries
  • Review validation of customer contracts across multiple systems to ensure accuracy of financial data and timely provisioning of contracts
  • Execute and own SOX-compliant month-end reconciliations over billing and provisioning, ensuring completeness and accuracy
  • Participate in new process implementations, operational improvements, system enhancements, and training new team members from a subject-matter-expertise perspective

Required

  • 5+ years of experience in a billing operations role
  • Experience with Zuora and Salesforce
  • Excellent communication skills for internal and external stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask during high-volume order processing
  • Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve issues independently
  • Collaborative working style with cross-functional experience; ability to participate in flexible timezone meetings
  • Experience in the SaaS/technology industry
  • Experience working with an international team
  • Knowledge of and experience with SOX controls

Location

This role is remote, but is not eligible to be hired in CA, CT, NJ, NY, PA, or WA.

Travel

Occasional travel may be required to participate in project or in-person team meetings.

Compensation

Note: This role is open to candidates outside certain states. The estimated pay ranges are provided for candidates based on location, with additional details on equity, bonus plans, and benefits.

The successful candidates starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
