This role sits in the central Analytics team and supports problems across multiple business units. We bring subject matter expertise in data, metrics, tools, and analytical methodologies to our partners, and drive growth by generating insights, designing tests, contributing to roadmaps, and building models that help us deliver the right experience to the right users.
The Business Analytics team is hiring a senior data analyst who will be responsible for analyzing customer and user journeys, establishing standardized metrics, performing in-depth analyses to assess business performance and providing actionable insights to optimize company strategy. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Data (Analytics, Science, Engineering), Product Managers, Engineering and Marketing. You will analyze user behavior, customer funnels, own key metric definition and forecasting, and help design our future data infrastructure to develop insights that enhance business performance, user engagement, and customer retention.
Success in this role hinges on your technical aptitude, quantitative abilities, and business/product acumen: you know how to plow through data with SQL and BI tools, inform and inspire stakeholders with data-first presentations, and identify growth opportunities through the use of data. You treat stakeholders as a partnership you are there at each step of the way and you know that we only succeed if we succeed together.
The US-based salary range for this position is $108,500 to $159,500 USD. We take into consideration an individual's background and experience in determining final salary - therefore, base pay offered may vary considerably depending on geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package includes a wide range of medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits, as well as equity.
