What You'll Bring:

• Proven experience as a Controller, ideally in a TPA or health insurance setting
• Strong hands-on approach with a "builder" mindset
• Background managing finances for multiple entities
• Experience creating scalable infrastructure in high-growth environments

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or CMA preferred)
• 5+ years of accounting experience, ideally with at least 2+ years in a TPA, health insurer, or benefits admin environment
• Deep knowledge of claims cycles, PEPM/ASO/shared-risk billing models, and healthcare funding
• Proficiency with ERP/accounting systems
• Working knowledge of HIPAA, ERISA, and other healthcare regulatory frameworks is a plus
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills
• Clear, effective communication - both written and verbal
