The Maintenance Manager for Pulp and Paperboard is responsible for development of the organization to achieve expected results in safety, environmental compliance, quality, productivity, cost and employee development. This position will assist the Sr Maintenance Manager, fellow Maintenance Managers, and the department supervisors in coverage of the department responsibilities and manage and lead the department in the Sr Maintenance Manager's absence. Leadership Responsible for managing the site maintenance reliability group Provides positive role model for all mill personnel in the area of safety, quality and productivity Provides guidance, instruction and mentoring for the maintenance and reliability staff Provides periodic feedback to employees in the areas of job knowledge, performance, and development.
