Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for Cerner SurgiNet and Anesthesia applications, including troubleshooting and resolving application issues.
• Manage system updates, patches, and upgrades for Cerner applications.
• Monitor and maintain the performance and availability of Cerner systems used in surgical and anesthesia settings.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to understand their needs and provide solutions to improve system functionality.
• Document and maintain records of support activities, resolutions, and system changes.
• Provide training and support to end-users on Cerner SurgiNet and Anesthesia applications.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards in the maintenance and support of Cerner systems.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications such as Cerner Millennium certification or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in supporting and maintaining Cerner applications, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Strong knowledge of Cerner SurgiNet and Anesthesia applications.
• Experience with system updates, patches, and upgrades.
• Familiarity with healthcare regulations and standards.
