Our client is a nationally recognized litigation defense firm known for delivering strategic and results-driven legal representation. They are seeking a motivated and experienced Insurance Defense Attorney to join their California team in a fully remote capacity with 2+ years of experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle a wide range of insurance defense cases, including personal injury, premises liability, and product liability.
• Manage all phases of litigation from inception through trial or resolution.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting and meet billable hour requirements.

Requirements:

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar.
• Minimum 2 years of insurance defense litigation experience.
