Base pay range

$170,000.00/yr - $185,000.00/yr

We are seeking a Director of Manufacturing for a Global client that will have responsibility for leading 3 manufacturing facilities, and all aspects of the organizations including but not limited to: production, sourcing, quality, engineering, continuous improvement, project management, facilities, and financial performance. Lean manufacturing experience is required.

Job Responsibilities:

• Demonstrates strong focus on customers and quality and maintain compliance with quality requirements
• Develop staffing plans based on volume as well as hire, train and develop of employees
• Identify and monitor performance indicators, measuring actual vs. planned
• Lead lean manufacturing implementation, execution and continual improvement
• Meet or exceed customer delivery requirements while continuing to reduce lead-time and inventory

Requirements

• RELOCATION TO MISSISSIPPI
• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Engineering
• At least 12 years of experience in a manufacturing company
• At least 9 years of leadership experience
• Extensive knowledge of lean manufacturing with demonstrated results
• Managed P&L
• Experience in a global organization preferred
• US Citizenship or green card holder
