About the Role:

On behalf of the first line of defense, leads a team of risk experts who coordinate exam-related activities and issues management actions across second and third lines of defense. Team activities include program coordination and project management support to ensure quality and consistency in first line risk management practices.

What You Will Do:

1. Oversight of the program to ensure adequate and prompt remediation of internal audit observations within areas of responsibility.
2. Ensures BCA support is in place for all internal and external exams, advising on findings and remedial actions.
3. Ensures team members effectively manage activities (task and time) related to risk examinations, both internal and external.
4. Advises the first line of defense on the adequacy of responses and remediation plans, including credible challenge to the sufficiency of the responses.
5. Prepares reports on exam activities, including recommendations for improvement.
6. Directly leads analysis of potential significant deficiencies, material weaknesses in control, and any control deficiency involving potential fraud and misappropriation of company assets, including drafting of reports and presentations for senior leadership and audit committee level review.
7. Provides support to business in RCSA Creation and Refresh cycles, Archer (Risk System) Administration and other RCSA related activities.
8. Responsible for ongoing BCA resourcing, hiring, training, development, support, and tools.
9. Collaborates with senior financial, compliance, legal, and operating leaders in support of the internal control environment and related risk assessment and monitoring process.
10. Leads innovation in building a “controls-driven culture” across the company.
11. Other duties as assigned.

What You Will Need:

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience.

Salary range: $103,511.83 – $191,170.01

The salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this role. Individual pay within the range will be determined by multiple factors which can include but are not limited to a candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and location.
