Your Responsibilities: * Analyze complex legal issues related to consumer banking, mortgage servicing/origination, and credit card products * Draft and review investigative reports along with supporting documentation * Collaborate closely with team leads and project managers to drive investigations forward * Conduct legal research and provide insightful analysis on financial and regulatory matters * Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations in both English and Spanish What Weu2019re Looking For: * Active U.S. law license and a J.D. from an accredited law school * Professional fluency in both Spanish and English (written and spoken) * Strong legal writing and analytical skills * Experience in consumer finance law, particularly mortgage servicing/origination and credit card compliance * Background in financial investigations or prior work with regulatory agencies is a plus * Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, remote environment Ready to make a difference with your legal skills?
