LHH Recruitment Solutions, in partnership with our New Jersey based technology client, is seeking an experienced *Contracts Attorney* to join their team on a contract-to-hire basis. *This position is fully onsite in Englewood Cliffs, NJ. Fully remote candidates will be considered to work solely on a temporary basis.* * * *Responsibilities:* * Drafting and negotiating construction contracts, commercial contracts, vendor agreements, and supplier agreements * Handling a high volume of contracts * Uploading and tracking contracts in the CMS * Managing projects * Advising on contract requirements and compliance * Working collaboratively with various cross-functional teams *Requirements:* • 5 years of significant contract negotiation experience • Construction industry experience preferred • Licensed in NJ (or in state of residence for remote candidates) • Excellent communication skills The anticipated pay rate range for this position is between $55 and $65/hour depending on experience. *Pay Details:* $55.00 to $65.00 per hour *Search managed by:* Christy Candelora Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
