Established law firm with nationwide footprint and work-from-home model is seeking an experienced litigation attorney in Northern California region, in or around San Francisco, San Jose, Stockton, Sacramento, etc.

Our insurance defense practice in California is active and growing. To address our needs, we are seeking an attorney with a minimum of eight years of litigation experience, with significant experience defending general liability, premises liability, and commercial automobile claims. Previous experience with products liability is a plus, but not required. Candidates should be comfortable handling all aspects of a case from inception to and through trial and be committed to proactive case handling toward resolution. We do not believe that litigation consists of simply going through the same motions repeatedly; we seek attorneys who look for creative and proactive solutions to resolving cases.
