About the Role

In this role, you will apply your Excel, Luminate, IRI/Nielsen, Madrid technical and analytical skills to identify sales trends and new business opportunities.

This role reports to Senior Walmart / Sam's Team Director.

This is a work from your home office role located in NW Arkansas.

Who You Are

1. Bachelor's Degree.
2. 5+ years Walmart supplier experience preferred.
3. Solid analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
4. Proficient with syndicated data (IRI or Nielsen), Luminate and Madrid.
5. Positive history of working independently with a high degree of initiative (self-starter).
6. Intermediate / advanced Excel skills.
7. Reliable vehicle with clean driving record.
8. Pass drug and background screen.
9. Seeking a CPG career with a family owned and managed company with an outstanding team!

What You Will Do

1. Partner with Senior Walmart / Sam's Team Director supporting Walmart and Sam's Club business development.
2. Sales Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze sales data to track performance against targets and identify growth opportunities.
3. Reporting & Forecasting: Generate sales reports, dashboards, and performance summaries to assist leadership in strategic decision-making.
4. Professional Representation: Uphold company policies and represent Tony Chachere's with professionalism and integrity.
5. Perform other duties as assigned to support business objectives.
