Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Technical Lead specializing in ERP, where you'll drive technical excellence in cloud implementations and integrations. In this strategic role, you'll architect and lead the delivery of sophisticated Oracle ERP Cloud solutions while mentoring technical teams and collaborating with stakeholders across multiple organizations.

The candidate performs the following specific assignments:

1. Lead technical architecture and design for Oracle ERP Cloud implementations.
2. Develop and maintain technical solution blueprints.
3. Direct integration strategies with legacy and third-party systems.
4. Oversee technical teams in development and deployment activities.
5. Manage cloud infrastructure solutions and scalability.
6. Lead technical aspects of data conversion and interfaces.
7. Design and implement security architecture.
8. Guide custom extensions and reporting solutions.
9. Conduct technical discovery workshops.
10. Provide mentorship to technical team members.
11. Ensure solution quality and performance standards.

Experience Required:

1. Bachelor's degree in RF Engineering or related field.
2. 12+ years of technical implementation experience.
3. Strong expertise in Oracle ERP Cloud applications.
4. Proven experience leading technical teams.
5. Deep knowledge of cloud integration patterns.
6. Experience with enterprise-scale implementations.
7. Technical architecture and design expertise.
8. Oracle Cloud certification.

Experience Desired:
