Belay Technologies is seeking a Software Engineer to join our intel team. Endpoint services is seeking a Software Engineer to work with a team of developers to implement new JBLOCKS capabilities in support of Zero Trust. The developer is expected to have extensive experience with requirements elicitation and have the ability to manage a single baseline to meet requirements across multiple domains. The developer should be able to define, manage, and deliver capabilities within an existing team. The developer should have extensive knowledge of EDH1, EDH2, ISM, CUI, and CAPCO. The candidate will be expected to provide input throughout the software lifecycle.

Candidates should have the following qualifications:

1. TS/SCI Clearance with polygraph
2. Extensive Java Development Experience
3. Familiarity with PKI and REST services
4. Knowledge of ICAM Capabilities and integration
5. Linux experience
6. Experience with Gradle and GitLab CI/CD Pipelines
7. Containerize existing software capabilities using Docker/Kubernetes
8. Review and test software components for adherence to the design requirements and documents test results
9. Provide specific input to the software components of system design to include hardware/software trade-offs, software reuse, and requirements analysis and synthesis from the system level to individual software components.
10. Perform software life-cycle activities to ensure the highest level of system performance and availability and compliance with business requirements.
11. Administer, maintain, and implement policies and procedures for ensuring the security and integrity of the application.
12. Knowledge of EDH1/2, ISM, CAPCO and CUI standards
13. Excellent oral and written communication skills- able to clearly communicate architecture and design concepts.
14. Ability to write technical documentation including wiki sites, blogs, XML/HTML
15. Strong organization and time management skills, including the ability to multi-task and work independently with minimum supervision to meet deadlines.
16. Experience with engaging with leadership, customers, and interfacing teams

Salary Range: $190,000 to $240,000
