Element Energy is seeking a Director of Technical Sales Engineering to lead and drive the adoption of our battery management technology across key markets. This role is critical in bridging the gap between our cutting-edge technology and customer needs, ensuring that our solutions are effectively communicated, tailored, and deployed to maximize impact and business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in battery storage, energy management, and grid-scale applications, coupled with exceptional sales acumen and a customer-centric approach.
As a key leader within the organization, the Director of Technical Sales Engineering will work closely with the sales, product, and engineering teams to develop technical sales strategies, support business development efforts, and ensure seamless customer integration.
