Job Details

LOD, a Consilio company, seeks litigators with 3+ years of experience to join the LOD Attorney Team supporting a prominent national healthcare client. The ideal candidate will have solid litigation experience - ideally insurance defense - plus some experience reviewing contracts and/or medical records. This is a remote, full-time, hourly contract opportunity expected to last 3+ years for successful applicants. Up to 9 paid corporate holidays included.
Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years of solid litigation experience - ideally insurance defense work
• Experience reviewing and/or drafting contracts, either in-house or with a large law firm
• Background in insurance defense and/or healthcare litigation, contracts review, and reading medical records is strongly desired
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects and to work well with in-house counsel
• Experience and ability to work independently on a remote basis; desire to work long-term on a contract basis
• An active law license in good standing
