Part-Time BOH Utilities Team Members $10-$13/hr based upon availability.

Job Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age upon hire date
• Go above and beyond for Fellow Team Members and Guests; provide Second Mille Service
• Ensure all guests receive signature Chick-fil-A food and services
• Be punctual, responsible, dependable, courteous, coachable, and mature
• Maintain strict adherence to to Food Safety procedures
• Maintain strict adherence to Food Quality procedures
• Have strong communication/verbal skills
• Able to work well independently and in a team environment
• Have an eye for detail orientated and prepare all products to Chick-fil-A Standards
• Be able and willing to multi-task and work multiple positions in the restaurant when needed
• Be able to stand for 4-6 hours at a time
• Able to lift 40 - 60 pounds on a consistent basis

As a BOH Utilities Team Member, you will support the kitchen team, wash dishes, put up truck orders, maintain cleanliness in the kitchen, observe health and sanitation guidelines, and ensure there is a high level of cleanliness and food safety at all times in the Restaurant. Successful Team Members will conduct themselves in a positive attitude, are coachable, and have a truthful character going above and beyond for their fellow Team Members and guest. We are looking for hard-working, friendly, enthusiastic, team-oriented, honest, and people that enjoy serving each other as well as our guest. We will teach you everything else you need to know!
