About the Position: Accountable for supervision of a team who provides IT end user contractual service management support services. Responsible for supervision of the provision of IT end user service management support, including portfolio of software and hardware products. Oversees end user start up and ongoing usage training. What you'll need to be Successful: Good customer service skills are required. Knowledge of troubleshooting Microsoft Windows, Desktops, and Laptops. Good time management and the ability to work with a team and possess good leadership skills. Attention to detail is critical.
